Professionally

I am currently a graduate student at Pacific University earning a Master of Arts in Teaching and the Oregon Initial Teaching License.

I student teach in 1st and 6th grade classrooms. 

Personally

I love language and culture. I had the opportunity to study abroad in Barcelona, Spain where I became fluent in Spanish.

I enjoy spending time with family and close friends as well as my dog, Nita. When the weather cooperates I like to get out on the softball field.

I also love to read. I am currently working my way through the list of pulitzer prize winning fiction novels.
