Lesson Title: Characteristics of Successful Businesses

Grade Level/Subject: 11th & 12th/ Marketing 2

Materials: Previous Class Groups Lists/Pictures/Skits on Personality Strengths, Personality Descriptions handout

Length of Lessons: 68 minutes

Unit Goals:

To value and appreciate that effective groups/businesses need all 4-personality types represented.

Lesson Objectives:

The student will be able to demonstrate their understanding of strengths of all personality types by identifying a strength of each type through lecture, individual writing, drawing, and relating this information to running a successful business.

Differentiation/Rationale (1 paragraph):

This builds on knowledge of strengths/weaknesses of your own personality. Readiness is an appropriate differentiation because some students have previous personality knowledge and its importance and other don’t. This will allow all students, based on readiness, to have appreciation for others personalities.
