Welcome to a wonderful year at Neil Armstrong Middle School with the Galaxy Team. We have a lot of fun and exciting events and oppertunities for our students and we are thrilled to be here.

Science!!

The science teachers name is Mrs. Toffelmire. This year she says that you will be learning about biology. This includes genetics, cells, pond life, and more. Mrs. Toffelmire is excited to meet everyone of you and is looking forward to a fun school year!

Geography!

Meet Mr. Pappas. He is our geography teacher for the galaxy team. This year you will be discovering all 7 of the contents, wold religion, and a lot about the Americas. He says that the best part about starting a new year is that he gets to meet a lot of wonderful new students and have fun getting to know them.

Language Arts!

Mr. Green Clancey the Language Arts teacher that you will have this year. He says that you you will be learning about parts of English, writing, speaking, reading a few novels and more. He has a fun year already planned, but beware of him doing Ti Chi!

Mathematics!

Mrs. Burford is teaching math for the galaxy team this year. She will be covering pre algebra and algebra concepts that will help you in the coming years. She says that she knows that math is boring but she tries to spice it up a little!

Health and PE!

This year in Health and PE you will be switching every 6 weeks on which classes you will be taking. You will start with health and at the end of the grading period you will then go to PE and chang again at the end of the grading period. In health we will be covering 6 of the major body systems and in PE we will be covering the dynamics of certain sports and physical well being.
