This
year I'm so lucky to be doing my student teaching at Terra Linda
Elementary School in Beaverton. I'm working in a 1st grade class
and a 5th grade class full of amazing students! In 1st grade we
started the year by blasting off into a theme of space and planets.
Throughout the year we'll do many themes including Mexico, rocks,
presidents, plants, and many more! In 5th grade we're learning
about geography like
latitude and longitude and creating our own relief maps. We're
also reading all sorts of great books and
stories and making flip books on our favorite novels! I know this
year is going to be very exciting and I
can't wait to see what wonderful things I'll be able to teach my new
students!
