I was born on a rock in the middle of the sea called Hawaii in 1981. I moved off of the island at the age of 5 to California for 12 years. During those 12 years I became an avid Sacramento Kings fan and despised the Los Angeles Lakers. When I was a sophomore in high school I moved back to Hawaii. Some people say it's tough to move back and forth but I feel that I got the best of both worlds. I was lucky enough to experience two cultures that were at different ends of the spectrum socially and educationally.
I owe all that I have done in my life to the love of my family. I was lucky enough to be raised by two awesome parents who are also raising my wonderful little sister.

I am a sports enthusiast who loves to play and watch football, basketball, and baseball. I have recently taken up mixed martial arts which I thoroughly enjoy. I am currenty doing my student teaching at Tobias Elementary in the Hillsboro School District.
