Goals and the ability to goal-set are life skills I feel are very important for education and a student's motivation to continue learning. A great way for students to aquire this skill is to begin in a peer setting. This why I like to have the class set goals for the year and have everyone work together to achieve them. Please ask your child about these classroom goals and what he or she is doing to help achieve them. |
