Oregon is a state that cares about the environment.  To help keep the earth clean, they have an excellent recycling program.  By recycling paper, plastic, and glass we can help save the world from extra pollution!


Portland has the largest inner city park in the nation which is Forest Park, second is Centeral Park in New York City, New York.


There are many highways and roads you can take to reach Oregon's bordering states.  The bordering states are Washinton (north), Idaho (east), Nevada (east) and California (south).  

Anna and I chose to take Highway 101 that turns into Highway 1 from Oregon to California.  

                                                             
This road is right next to the coast.  It also goes through the redwood forest....
