I am currently working on my Master's in the Art of Teaching. As part of the program, I have spent the first three months of the school year at Patterson Elementary School. I am in a second grade class with Holly Burton and a fifth grade class with Kelly Olson. Beginning at the end of January, I will spend nine weeks in each of these classrooms as a full time student teacher. I have enjoyed the time I have spent in these classrooms so far and have learned a lot from my mentor teachers, the students and other staff within the building, I am lucky to have the opportunity to work in such a great environment. I look forward to my upcoming career! |
