You are your team are about to become cultural anthropologist and historians. You will sift through the information on Oregon’s earlier inhabitants and find out what life was like for them 200 years ago and today.

Task

Cultural anthropologist look at the way people live both yesterday and today. They study homes, artifacts, customs and clothing and other culturally relevant things.
Historians often look at primary documents (journals, writings and things created in the time being studied or  photographs and drawings) then they piece together what may have happen before.
Both are very important jobs and working together you will be able to construct an understanding of Native Oregonians. You will research on the internet as a group. Then you will create a report of your findings to share with the class
