I love traveling. July of 2003 I went to Teofelo Otoni, Brazil with 14
of my classmates, a couple of parent volunteers and one of my high
school teachers. Teofilo Otoni is in the Brazilian highlands located
Northeast of Belo Horizonte. We stayed with host famiiles for two and a
half weeks while observing in the local grade school. It was an amazing
eye opening experience. Unfortunetly, I lost touch with my wonderful
host family but I still think of them often.
After I graduated high school in 2004, I went to England with two of my
best friends. We stayed at my cousins house in a suburb outside of
London. We spent the first weeksight seeing London traveling by foot,
bus, and underground. The second week we took the train into the
country traveling to places like Stone Henge, Stratford-upon-Avon, and
Brighton.

Summer of 2005 my family spent 10 days at an eco-resort outside of
Cancun, Mexico, where we stayed in tentalopas, swam in the beautiful
Carribean sea and visited ancient Mayan ruins.
